The diploma thesis is focused on the combustion of the low calorific gaseous fuels. The first part is devoted to the characterization and usage of low calorific fuels. Then combustion theory focused mainly on emissions and thermodynamics. Next characterization of burners and their modifications for low calorific value fuels is described. Safe storage and handling of chosen gases is also included in the last chapter of the theoretical part. Practical part includes the description of the laboratory experiment, which was a part of this thesis. It consists of the experiment description, experimental plan, calculation and evaluation of emissions, high and low heating value, density, flame temperatures and heat flux. Laboratory experiment was carried out with different fuels. Low calorific fuels were simulated by gradual increase of the concentration of inert gasses in the natural gas. Increased concentration of inert gasses had positive effect on the emissions. Measurement of the flame temperatures confirmed that the decrease of emissions corresponds to the inert gas addition to the noble fuel. Heat flux and thermal efficiency of the combustion was almost identical for each configuration.

The dissertation thesis is focused on the investigation of the influence of inert gases on characteristic parameters of the combustion process. Inert gases are usually standard components of alternative gaseous fuels such as the producer gas, coal gas or biogas. For a long period some of the fuels were considered as waste gases and their potential was not sufficiently utilised. Compared with noble fuels such as natural gas, alternative fuels have different physical-chemical properties. For example, their lower heating value (LHV) can be lower even than 10 MJ/mN3. The composition of the alternative gaseous fuels can be various during their production process. Lower LHV is a result of the occurrence of inert gases that does not take a part in the combustion reactions. Inert gases have the ability to accumulate the heat. Under certain conditions it is possible to combust alternative fuels on conventional burners, but due to their different properties, problems can occur during the combustion. E.g. to achieve the same heat output as with the noble fuel, it is necessary to burn bigger volume of the alternative fuel. However, the limiting factor could be the burner's head geometry. Theoretical introduction of the thesis summarizes research results in the field of low calorific gaseous fuels combustion and the addition of inert gases into the noble fuels. The thesis also describes the mechanisms of the NOx formation and summarizes techniques which can be used to reduce NOx formation. Furthermore, fuels from alternative sources are categorized and described, including their composition and characteristics. Their physical-chemical properties were obtained by means of the combustion simulation carried out in the simulation software. Two devices had to be designed and manufactured to fulfil goals of the dissertation thesis. The first is a gas mixing station capable of mixing 4 different components. The second device is a burner utilized for the combustion of low calorific fuels. The key section of this thesis is a chapter describing the experimental plan, the performance and the evaluation of the experiments. The goal of the experiments was to dilute the natural gas by two inert gases, namely carbon dioxide and nitrogen. The lowest LHV value achieved during the experiment was 10,7 MJ/mN3. The influence of the inert gases on the NOx emissions, the flame stability and characteristics, the flue gas temperature, the in-flame temperatures, the heat flux and the thermal efficiency was investigated and evaluated. Each parameter was measured and evaluated for three different burners: the burner with the staged gas, the burner with the staged air and the burner for low calorific fuels. Generally, after the addition of the inert gas into the noble fuel, the in-flame temperatures decreased. As a consequence, the NOx emissions decreased as well. The effects of carbon dioxide on the investigated combustion parameters were more substantial than the effects of nitrogen. Each measured parameter is strongly dependent on the burner geometry. The experiments revealed that in most cases the addition of the inert gas into the fuel influenced the flame length (flame shortened) and also more heat was transfered into the chamber's walls closer to the burner tile.

The main objective of this work was to analyze and conclude the measured drawbar properties of selected tractor same power and weight categories with different chassis designs. The aim of the diploma thesis was determined the particular fatty characteristics of various vegetable oils in dependence on their storage life and storage conditions. Storage conditions were defined by room temperature and coolroom temperature. The fourteen oils were used for analyses, namely linseed oils, castor oil, grape seed oil, almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, apricot kernel oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, macadamia nut oil, soya bean oil, pumpkin seed oil and sunflower oil. All tested oils were supplied by firm M+H, Míča a Harašta s.r.o. The fatty characteristics included the saponification value, the acid value, the iodine value and the thiobarbituric value. The ester values and the percentage glycerol content were counted on the basis of the saponification value and the acid value. Time dependences of all fatty characteristics were figured to graphs and they were compared on various storage conditions. The fatty characteristics indicated lower values in storage of oil samples in coolroom than at laboratory temperature.

Mott-Schottkyho analýzy a byly vyhodnoceny elektrické parametry jako je aktivační energie, koncentrace dopantů, akumulační kapacita nebo potenciálová bariéra. Výsledky, vypočtené veličiny a naměřené hodnoty jsou diskutovány.

Na základě Monte Carlo simulace bylo provedeno porovnání estimátorů klasických a některých nově navržených měr variability, relativní variability, šikmosti a kurtozy. Z celkem 40 různých populací bylo pořízeno vždy 16 000 výběrů o rozsahu n = {7; 15; 23; 31; 47; 63; 100; 200; 350; 500; 1000}. Z každého výběru byly vypočteny hodnoty estimátorů měr založených na momentech, kvantilech, L momentech a jejich modifikacích a robustních měr založených na mediánu funkce lineární kombinace pořádkových statistik. Na základě experimentu bylo provedeno porovnání výběrových vlastností jednotlivých estimátorů z hlediska variability, vychýlení a rychlosti konvergence jejich výběrových rozdělení k normalitě. U estimátorů vybraných charakteristik byla dále na základě experimentálně odhadnuté průměrné síly testu posouzena vhodnost jejich použití jako testového kritéria při testu o rozdělení, z něhož výběr pochází. Zároveň byla porovnána síla závislosti estimátorů nově navržených charakteristik s estimátory momentovými s cílem posoudit, zda je možné danou charakteristiku skutečně považovat za vhodnou alternativu charakteristiky momentové. Výsledky ukazují, že estimátory momentových měr jsou vyhovující pro popis souboru pouze při výběrech z populací nepříliš odlišných od normálního rozdělení. S rostoucí odlišností od normality rychle roste relativní variabilita i vychýlení jejich estimátorů a projevují se různé anomálie v jejich chování. Vhodnou alternativou k mírám založeným na klasických momentech i kvantilech by se mohly stát míry založené na L momentech, jejichž estimátory vykazují ve většině případů nejlepší výběrové vlastnosti a zároveň vykazují vysokou míru závislosti s hodnotami estimátorů momentových charakteristik. Modifikace L-momentů, tzv. LQ- a TL-momenty, nepřinášejí oproti mírám založeným na L-momentech žádné zlepšení, v některých ohledech vykazují výrazně horší vlastnosti.

This thesis is focused on the photochromic molecule of spiropyran, which changes its structure as well as physical and chemical properties after UV irradiation. These changes are reversible, the molecule thermally restore its initial structure. For the study, the molecule SP1 with the systematic name 1',3'-dihydro-1',3',3'-trimethyl-6-nitrospiro[2H-1-benzopyran-2,2'-(2H)-indole] was used. This molecule was incorporated within polymers PVK, Tg PPV, PCBTDPP and PCDTBT and the method of UV-VIS spectroscopy was used to observe the photochromic activity within these matrices. The influence of matrices to the ability to undergo UV induced photochromic conversion as well as to the reverse conversion to the initial structure induced by heat was monitored. Furthermore, the influence of spiropyran to the electrical properties of individual matrices was studied. The effect of photochromic conversion to both, the mobility of charge carriers and to the photogeneration was observed. For this purpose, the method of current-voltage measurement was used.

The master's diploma thesis deals with the mechanical and structural characteristics of aluminium-base alloy 2000 series, produced by selective laser melting (SLM). The experimental part of the thesis deal with selection of SLM processing parameters, influence of scanning strategy and evaluation of mechanical and structural characteristics of fabricated materials. Mechanical characteristics were evaluated based on results of tensile tests and microhardness measurement. The presented diploma thesis deals with the preparation of perovskite single crystals by inverse thermal crystallization and subsequent study of the basic properties of these hybrid organic-inorganic materials that can be used in various optoelectronic (photodetectors, transistors, lasers, LEDs) or photovoltaic applications. Their behavior in the electric field was studied by impedance spectroscopy. Impedance and capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics (frequency dependences) were measured in the dark and in the light. From the impedance dependences for measurements at 0 V voltage in the dark, the equivalent circuit was modeled and its parameters and dielectric constant were determined. From the C-V dependence, Mott-Schottky analysis determined the parameters – "flat-band" potential U_"fb" and charge carrier density N_"C-V" , the parameter – the so-called Warburg coefficient was found, which together with the parameter N_"C-V" was used to calculate the diffusion coefficient D.

Diploma thesis treat of effect of direct, alternate and pulse electrical stress on the properties surveyed electrical insulating material. Object of this experiment is crystalline high-density polystyrene QUINN PS. To monitor the stress is used the method of dielectric relaxation spectroscopy. Under examinations are the resultant dielectric spectra, which constitute the frequency dependencies of components of complex permitivity. Samples of the selected material are exposed to effects of alternate and pulse electrical stress on the different intensities of the electric field. In the direct field are then monitored absorption characteristics and specific volume resistance of the samples.

The measurements were performed on organic electrochemical transistors with a semiconducting channel made of PEDOT:PSS, which were firstly prepared on ITO substrates, later they were printed using 3D print. Ionic liquid NO4 (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogensulfate) was used for measuring of the properties. Electrical properties were determined by measuring volt-ampere characteristics, dielectric properties were measured by impedance spectroscopy.

In this part there is an extract describing a test of a tractor pulling and reasons for making the test of pulling in laboratory and field conditions. The practical part of the thesis deals compares two methods of a tractor pulling power during field tests. A belt tractor John Deere 8320 RT and a wheel tractor New Holland T7050 were tested. The target of a pulling test in ter-rain was to define which resistance makes a soil in specific conditions and which pulling power is needed for a certain working output on a given land. The results were pro-cessed and evaluated with computer technology. The whole measurement took place with support of a BEDNAR FMT company.

This diploma´s thesis is focused on a study of electrical and dielectric properties of gas sensors based on ionic liquids. Measurements were done on two different types of OECT substrates (0099 and 0160). Three ionic liquids and physiological solution PBS were chosen as electrolytes. Direct current current-voltage characteristic was measured. Switching rations of transistors with this electrolyte were determined by current-voltage characteristic. Alternating resistivity dependence on frequency were measured as well. Better properties showed OECT 0099 substrates.

The aim of this work is informed first about photovoltaics universally, works to inform the photovoltaic panels and complete plants. The work also includes instructions on how to implement PVP in accordance with law. Another part is the rough draft of the photovoltaic power 30 kWp, which can be placed on the house, computation and calculation of investment and them profitable investments to time. Design is made in two separate forms of the Fronius Solar and Sunny Design, their outputs are compared. The practical part of this work cooperates with the company SOLARTEC Ltd. for experimental measurements of the photovoltaic system and develop a methodology for setting the properties of real solar systems in operation from the measured data then stored in a database. These data further evaluate and compare the similar operating conditions. This data will show as the course of production of electricity during the typical day in percentage terms, depending on the incident irradiance, cell temperature, angle of incident radiation, etc. We can compare what it looks like an ideal day in terms of production of photovoltaic power, with the other days. Further are in work mentioned histograms achievement panel behind classical day and behind all - time investigation.

The thesis is focused on the study of electric and dielectric properties of thin film organic materials that can be used as an active layer of photovoltaic cells. Primarily were studied the properties of the layers on the glass substrates, which consist of a thin active layer of phthalocyanines. On the samples were first measured current-voltage characteristics (in the dark and during the exposure) and the basic parameters of the photovoltaic conversion were determined. Finally were measured frequency dependencies (impedance spectra, in the dark and during the exposure) and the parameters of a model of the structure with organic semiconductor were determined. The obtained results will be used to optimize the properties of photovoltaic cells.

Cement-based composite boards reinforced by organic fiber, commonly known as cement fiber boards are universal and environmental material. Nowadays they are commonly used in construction industry in the form of facade facing for ventilated facades, interior and exterior ceilings or as a lost formwork for the bridge constructions. In these ways of using the cement fiber boards are strained mainly perpendicularly to their median plane. Material characteristics for this kind of strain are declared by the manufacturers. This diploma thesis is focused on ways of using the cement fiber boards reinforced by organic fiber as prefabricated, constructional material for interior staircases. In this case, every segment is strained even in its median plane. This way of strain is atypical and is not declared by the manufacturers in the manufacturer's technical sheets. The main goal of the diploma thesis was to experimentally determine the material characteristics in relation to the possibility of using the cement fiber boards reinforced by organic fiber for the construction of interior stairways. Material characteristics were determined by using Czech technical standards and information from professional literature. Testing tools made by 3D printing were used in the measurements. The possibilities of connecting cement fiber boards by mechanical and glued joint were checked out. The trial “stand” from CLT boards was designed for the real testing of single-arm and double-arm staircases. The outcomes of the experimental measurements confirmed the possibility to use the cement fiber boards for interior stairways. It is necessary to support the design of the staircase by static calculations and to respect the design of the dimensions of the individual segments in the implementation.

The thesis is focused on the electrodeposition of tantalum from ionic solution 1-butyl-1- methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide, ([BMP]Tf2N) at 200°C and description of related transfer and kinetic phenomena on the interface between the ionic solution and working electrode. Furthermore, the electrodeposition of tantalum layers in different ionic solutions containing tantalum salts and especially in ([BMP]Tf2N) is introduced. In the last part of the thesis, results of cyclic voltammetry, surface analysis SEM and elemental analysis EDX are discussed. MIS (metal-insulator-semiconductor) structure was determined comprising porous anodic alumina as the insulator and semiconductive TaxOy on the top of the insulator. The electric conductivity of the MIS structures was studied by using amper-volt IV and CV characteristics. The results of the cyclic voltametry, impedance spectroscopy and chronoamperometry are discussed.

This dissertation deals with the study of electric and dielectric properties of composite structures on the base of alkali-activated aluminosilicates with admixtures of various carbon particles. These materials fabricated from alkali-activated blast furnace slag, quarz sand, natrium water glass as alkali activator, water, dispersant and small amount of carbon admixture (carbon black, graphite powder, carbon fibers or carbon nanotubes) to increase electric conductivity may be used for example to construction of snow-melting, deicing and self-monitoring systems. Their current-voltage characteristics and impedance spectra were used for determination of electric and dielectric properties of these structures. The equivalent circuits were used for evaluation of impedance spectra. The results were correlated with thermal properties of these structures.

This thesis is focused on the study of the detection of electromagnetic radiation using monocrystalline perovskites. Theoretical part deals with basic principles of detections and possible applications of hybrid perovskite crystals in the field of ultraviolet and visible spectrum detection. Parameters of the recently published perovskite photodetectors are also presented. Experimental part describes synthesis, structural and optical properties of MAPbBr3 single crystals and electrical characterization of the Au/MAPbBr3/Au photodetector. Photodetector parameters (responsivity, external quantum efficiency and specific detectivity) are calculated based on the spectral and switching (on/off) current responses.

The thesis deals with the matter of usage of special asphalt binders for production of asphalt mixtures containing recycled materials in asphalt plant. For comparison analysis of characteristics of special binder used in roads is necessary to compose different mixtures of asphalt – one with binder containing R-materials, and another benchmark mixture with binder used in common mixtures without recycled materials. Investigation of features of mixtures with different binders is carried out by selected performance tests of asphalt mixtures. Evaluation and comparison of the results is described in the final section of the thesis.

One of the requirements for a successful insemination in horse breeding is the selection of quality stallions which produced ejaculate in enough quantities and of good quality. For this purpose were discovered methods of dealing with the evaluation of semen quality. In this dissertation was ejaculate evaluated by using an objective computerized method CASA, system SCA. Monitoring the quality of sperm was performed on 11 breeding stallions involved in artificial insemination fresh sperm in ZH Písek. 53 samples of ejaculate were evaluated. Volume, sperm concentration, total and progressive motility and sperm vitality were monitored. Volume of ejaculate was from 20 to 127.5 ml. Average values of sperm concentration for individual stallions were from 104.18 to 384.4 M/ml. Average values of total motility were moving by interval from 51.23 to 89.54 %. Average progressive motility was move from 12.99 to 47.12 %. At sperm vitality were discovered average results from 35.16 to 71.21 %. The average value of individual stallions was identical to the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which sets minimum requirements for quality indicators for short-term preservation of semen. Also the quality of the semen of stallions was compared by age. The first group was made by stallions to 10 years old and the second group were older stallions. It was found that the younger stallions to 10 years had higher semen volume and greater sperm concentration. Stallions older over 10 years had higher levels of total and progressive motility and sperm vitality. Next ejaculate quality was evaluate by the time interval between samples. Regular taken from stallions is doing better ejaculate quality but the time interval between samples is important. The best values were found in samples with interval between the sampling 4 or more days. The worst quality of sperm was in the samples with the interval between 1-2 days.

This diploma thesis primarily focuses on thermal modification of wood with superheated steam and its effect on elasticity and strength. The sample tested was 200 pcs of bending samples and 200 pcs compressive samples of European beech. These samples were divided into ten groups. One group was referential and the remaining nine groups were modified using different temperatures and during different time intervals. The main goal was to determine density, modulus of elasticity and rupture and to discover their dependence on the chosen mode of modification. The next part contains the analysis of the effect of thermal modification with superheated steam on the acoustic properties and the colour of wood. In the last part, the mass loss and the change in equilibrium moisture content was analysed in relation to the modification mode.

Permanent grasslands are composite and varied community of legumes, grasses and many other forbs, which are an important component of agroecosystem. This thesis was carried out in 2013 on experimental grass field trial on Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia in the ČeskéBudějovice. The experimental variants was evaluated the effect of management by mowing, mulching, leaving fallow.Otherwise were also evaluated height stands,phenophases during harvesting, types of outgrowth, the amount of residual biomass and selected soil properties. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the effect of different exploitation of grassland herbage on its characteristics and selected soil properties and design of appropriate methods of grassland management. Method of grassland management should be chosen with respect to the exploitationmethodsof permanent grassland. It is very important to take into account the altitude climatic and soil conditions and the type of vegetation.Finally, it must be taken of the used machinery. It was recommended evaluated grassland mowed 2 or 3 times a year along with fertilization by NPK as a suitable form of management.

The main aim of this bachelor work was the analyzing of reproduction of indicators in private breedings. Furthermore, the growth abilities of chinchillas with colour mutations standard, black velvet and milkiness were appraised too. Altogether data were got from 1292 litters of chinchillas wavy color standard mutation from the period 1999 to 2008. Reproduction charakteristics were evaluated in number of born and weaning the youngs, the length of the interim and the size,weaning index of the litter depending on the order of the litter, the year of the monitoring and the membership of the family. The growth abilities of chinchillas colour mutations standard and black velvet were evaluated according to the order of the litters. Data about development of the live weight were made from data of 25 the youngs - standard colour mutation and 23 the youngs - black velvet mutation. Records of weights were taken place in 2009, on the day of the birth of the young and after every week until the young is 49 days. Data were summarized and statistically processed in MS Excel and Statistica Statsoft version 10. The analysis of reproduction characteristics found out on the average 1.82 the youngs born and 1.52 the youngs weaned with the average length of the interim 202.34 days. There were most often two youngs in the litter. The youngs of standard colour mutation evinced bigger average weight than the youngs of colour mutation black velvet.
