Annotation:
Cílem této práce je vývoj dvoukanálového kontroléru krokových motorů. V rámci práce je popsán jak vývoj elektroniky, tak vývoj příslušného software. Elektronika kontrolŕu je založena na mikrokontroléru STM32F405 a driverů krokových motorů vyráběných firmou Trinamic. Pro komunikaci s nadřazenými systémy je implementován protokol CANOpen a sběrnice I\textsuperscript{2}C a USB. Elektronika byla navržena v software KiCAD and využívá čtyřvrstvého plošného spoje a moderních výrobních technologií. Co se týká software, byl vyvinut jak firmware pro mikrokontrolér, tak software pro ovládání kontroléru. Obě části software využívají programovacího jazyka Rust, který se zaměřuje na bezpečnost práce s pamětí, rychlost a zero-cost abstrakce. Sekundárním cílem této práce je ukázat, jak lze tento programovací jazyk s výhodou použít pro programování nízkoúrovňového embedded software. Firmware kontroléru implementuje nezávislé řízení pohybu obou os kontroléru a to jak v rychlostním, tak v pozičním režimu a zároveň implementuje bezpečnostní funkce pro případy selhání komunikace. Výsledný kontrolér by měl být použit v rámcí výzkumné skupiny Robotiky a Umělé Inteligence a studenty na Ústavu Automatizace FEKT VUT.

The aim of this thesis is not only to characterise the key terms related to this field, but also to analyse the possible solutions to the area in a particular industrial enterprise in the Czech Republic by means of a case study which is a reliable method of qualitative research. Czech Law concerning work safety in high school laboratory in the Czech Republic is constantly changing, while these changes in the law might go unnoticed by high school teachers. These teachers are often not informed which law is currently in effect and if it has any impact on their teaching in chemical laboratories. Therefore, this work presents compiled laws that influence teaching in chemical laboratories, translates their meaning into comprehensible sentences and then puts them together to a summary of these laws. To keep this information up to date, a basic web design is included in this work that will be put on web www.studiumchemie.cz, where it will be actualized by author of this thesis. On this web high school teachers will have the opportunity to easily access both original formulations and translated meaning of the law. The thesis deals with the relation between psychological safety at work and the burnout syndrome among social workers providing social or integration services to persons granted international protection. The structure of the main text part of the thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part mostly deals with the definition of psychological safety at work, burnout syndrome and specifics of social work with persons granted international protection. In the empirical part are researched data, gathered from the quantitative survey conducted at the turn of 2020 and 2021, analyzed using the statistical data analysis. A total sum of 52 social workers, providing social or integration services for persons granted international protection in the Czech Republic, participated in the research. To create data the survey consisting of the introductory survey focusing on the attribution data, scale to measure psychological safety and survey Maslach Burnout Inventory measuring the burnout level in three dimensions of the burnout syndrome which are emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment was used. Every year thousands of people die on the roads because of car crashes. Every year is this situation getting worse and brings problems to the families of victims and to the country as well. To solve this problem completely is really impossible but our country has to try decrease number of accidents and protect drivers. My research explains how many accidents are caused by senseless reasons and describes problems with work injuries in the transportation industry. Voluntary organizations, police and public organizations try to change this sad situation, but police statistics are clear and still show high number of victims, injured people and accidents. My measurements describe real situation in our country. Big problems are caused by infringement of law and irresponsibility. Future development depends on new ways of protecting people and new transport policy.

My Diploma thesis describes the issues of safety and labour accidents in an agriculture in particular looking at the handling of agricultural products. The accident at work is due to an aggregation of several interacting factors and the factors are con-sidered as the main source and cause of accidents at work that affect the creation of industrial accidents. The most important element in protecting the health and safety is prevention. An Obligation to assess risk is one of the fundamental principles of the concept of preventive occupational health and safety policy, which is enforced in all countries declaring the principles of safe - company. The basic need to protect the health of individuals is well established in the Constitution of the Czech Republic. The primary objective of this work is based on an analysis of factors involved in causing accidents at work and on the basis of the analysis, rules and recommenda-tions for the farms so that they serve as a support in the elimination of such acci-dents.
