Der volle Inhalt der QuelleABSTRACT The word communication is derived from the Latin communicare, which means that something should be shared and common. Communication is a tool to convey intentions, feelings, thoughts and to deliver information to each other. Individuals want to influence and confirm actions in society through interaction. Interpersonal communication occurs in pharmacy practice and involves the communication process between two individuals. The messages transmitted in a pharmacy are often about vital substances that can have a major impact on the health of the customer. A good relationship between pharmacists and customers is very important in order to obtain effective drug advice and reduce any problems concerning doctor’s prescriptions. The key to a good relationship between the pharmacist and the customer is individual custom communication. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the communication difficulties that occur between pharmacists and customers in pharmacies during prescription dispensation. How often did problems occur and what were the most common causes of these problems, how did they affect drug counselling and what might the pharmacist do to minimize any communication difficulties? During the study, data were collected in four pharmacies using a structured observation scheme where encounters between pharmacist and customer dealing solely with prescriptions were observed. Communication difficulties were found approximately in half of the total 340 observing customer meetings. Communication problems occurred in 56% of the observing customer meetings. Despite this, the study results indicate that 79% (269) of customers where satisfied with the dispatch. The majority of pharmacists were perceived as accommodating, clear, concentrated and positive towards customers. The observed communicative difficulties were of various kinds and were due to the attitude of the pharmacist as well as of the customer but also due to other circumstances concerning the encounter. The most common potential communication difficulties between pharmacist and customer were lack of eye contact, feedback and small talk but even stress was considered as a contributing factor. This was considered to be related to a lack of time, which could lead to drug counseling being absent. The pharmacist’s attention seems to be of great importance for successful communication between the parties. The conclusion of what the pharmacist can do to counteract potential communication difficulties is to expand positive behaviors such as being careful and clear, having eye contact, being a good listener and responding to customers in a respectful way.

Both major pharmacy companies and small privately owned companies have entered the new market. Before the deregulation this entire market was owned by Apoteket AB, which had a monopoly on the market. This report is about a newly opened pharmacy, P/S Apotek. P/S Apotek needed to know what the customers demanded and if there was an interest in some of the unique services that they wanted to offer. The purpose of this report was thus: to investigate what a newly opened pharmacy should offer product-wise and service-wise and what customers they should focus on in order to gain market shares. Four different methods have been used within the report: Benchmarking, non-participant observation, qualitative interview method and questionnaire survey. The result of the surveys was that the customers wanted longer opening times on weekday nights. The most important criteria that the customers valued, for a pharmacy, was the selection. Products that the customers wanted in a pharmacy included skincare products, self-tests, athletics supplements and aid for elderly and impaired. Among the women that were surveyed the "healthcare night" was popular. The service specialist advice was popular among most of the customers. In order to determine what customers P/S Apotek should focus on a segmentation was conducted. This resulted in that segment 4 (women aged 41-65) seemed to be the most interested in the services P/S Apotek wants to offer, "healthcare night" and specialist advice. Thus, if P/S Apotek is going to offer these services, segment 4 should be the target group.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleAim: The aim of the degree project is to examine individual’s knowledge about symbols for approved pharmacy and how such a marking and other factors affect their choice of pharmacy from a safety perspective. Introduction: In a survey made by the Swedish Medical Products Agency (MPA) from 2008, 51 illegal websites targeting Swedish pharmacy customers were found. These websites illegally sold prescription pharmaceuticals without the requirement of a prescription from their customers. Shopping on illegal internet pharmacies can have great risks like contaminated drugs, lack of information about the drugs or that the drugs never gets delivered. To lower the risk that pharmacy customers accidently buys medications from the illegal online pharmacies, two symbols have been created for Swedish pharmacy customers, one by the MPA (figure 1) and one by the European Commission (figure 2). The idea is that the customer is supposed to click on one of the symbols on an online pharmacy’s website which is linked to a list for approved online pharmacies at the website of the MPA. If the customer finds the name and web address of the pharmacy on that list, the customer will know that the pharmacy is approved. But if the name and address isn’t found on the list, the pharmacy can be illegal, and the customer should avoid from shopping from the pharmacy. Material and methods: An electronic questionnaire with 10 question (Appendix A) was created in regard of the aim and sent out via the social platform “Facebook” through the students Facebook account. The survey included questions about which factors, from a security perspective, that influence the respondents to choose an online pharmacy and the respondents’ knowledge about the two symbols for controlling if an online pharmacy is approved. The results were analysed at a group level so that no individuals could be identified. Results and Discussion: The survey showed that a majority of the respondents had seen the Swedish symbol for approved pharmacy (figure 1) from the MPA (n=44, 59 %). However, a majority did not know what it means (n=57 or 77 %). Regarding the EU-symbol for approved pharmacy (figure 2), it turned out that most of the respondents had not seen it (n=58, 78 %) and even more didn’t know what it means (n=62, 84 %). The respondents in the study controlled pharmacies in different ways, for example making their own assessment if an online pharmacy seems safe (n=21, 51 %) or that they choose an online pharmacy that they have seen on some sort of commercial (n=17, 41 %) (Table II). For some it wasn’t something they thought about (n=10, 24 %) (Table II). Conclusions: The conclusion is that most of the respondents had seen the Swedish symbol for approved pharmacy but did not know what it means. Few respondents had seen the EU-symbol for approved pharmacy and even fewer knew what it means. The most common factors influencing the respondents’ choice of a pharmacy, from a security perspective, was by making their own assessment if the online pharmacy seems safe or choose a pharmacy which they have seen from a commercial. For some of the respondents, it wasn’t something they considered when choosing pharmacy.

A partir deste texto foi obtido o tema da presente pesquisa, que propõe a estruturação do processo de atendimento a clientes pessoa física de um banco, utilizando um modelo de apoio à decisão. Para evidenciar a contribuição cientifica deste viés da avaliação de desempenho na gestão bancária, este estudo valeu-se de dois instrumentos ProKnow-C (Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist) e MCDA-C (Metodologia Multicritério de Apoio à Decisão - Construtivista). O primeiro foi utilizado na seleção de um referencial bibliográfico relevante, alinhado ao tema de pesquisa e que apresentou periódicos, artigos, autores, e palavras-chave de destaque, além de promover a realização da análise sistêmica da literatura, que identificou lacunas de conhecimento e oportunidades de contribuição científica em seis lentes de análise: Abordagem, Singularidade, Identificação dos Objetivos, Mensuração, Integração e Gestão. O outro instrumento MCDA-C, foi utilizado no desenvolvimento de um estudo de caso, em uma agência da Caixa Econômica Federal. Os resultados apresentados ressaltam as contribuições dos seis princípios da avaliação de desempenho, como um instrumento de apoio à decisão, no processo de gestão do atendimento a clientes pessoa física de um banco. Destacando a identificação de 28 critérios com perfil de desempenho em nível comprometedor, gerando assim uma pontuação do modelo, em sua avaliação global, de 1,57. Para todos os descritores em nível comprometedor foram sugeridas ações de melhoria, que tem como finalidade atingir a meta traçada, elevando por consequência o desempenho do modelo para 33,98 pontos, destacando assim, o potencial que a abordagem construtivista e processo estruturado de gestão desenvolvido possuem em relação ao contexto apresentado
The banking market is characterized by constant changes in service delivery, which are due to technological advances, new customer needs or political- economic volatility to which banks are exposed. From this text the subject of this research, which proposes structuring the process of care to individual customers of a bank, using a decision support model, was obtained. To highlight the scientific contribution of this performance evaluation bias in bank management, this study drew on two ProKnow-C instruments (Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist) and MCDA-C (Multi Criteria Methodology Decision Support - Constructivist). The first was used in the selection of a relevant bibliographic reference in line with the research topic and presenting periodicals, articles, authors, and highlight keywords, and promoting the realization of systemic literature review, which identified knowledge gaps and scientific contribution opportunities in six analytical lenses: Approach, Singularity, and Identification of the goals, Measurement, Integration and Management. The other MCDA-C instrument was used in the development of a study case in an agency of Caixa Economica Federal (a federal bank). The results presented highlight the contributions of the six principles of performance evaluation, as a tool for decision support in the management process of individual customers of a bank. The results highlighted the identification of 28 criteria on the performance profile of compromising level, thereby generating a model of scores in their overall assessment of 1.57. For all descriptors in compromising level it was suggested improvement actions, which aims to achieve the goal set by raising therefore the model performance for 33.98 points, highlighting thus the potential that the constructivist approach and structured management process developed have presented in relation to the environment

The use of the new digital technology also facilitates communication between companies and customers in different areas of the market and there is an increase in pharmacy sales and e-commerce development. The Swedish online pharmacies should provide its customers with the equivalent medical information and counseling as the one received from the clinical pharmacies. Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate how drug information and advice is conveid to pharmacy customers who have purchased their medication through e-commerce services. This study focused on examining customers 'experiences and perceptions as well as assesing the perception of three pharmacists about the customer's need for drug information and e-commerce counseling. Material and method: A cross-sectional study was conducted during the period (2020-01-27 to 2020-02-28). Questionnaires were distributed to pharmacy customers on different occasions. Survey questions to customers were formulated in a way that the reader can understand the question and answer easily by picking alternative answers. Three representative for each chain answered the survey questions by email or by interview. Results: A total of 267 people participated in the study, of which 102 participants (38.2%) bought prescription drugs from the pharmacy website or app. In the study, the majority who answered the questionnaire were women between 29-39 years old. The responses regarding the experience of shopping via pharmacy's online store stated that: 57.8% that it was very good, 40.2% that it is good, 2% that it is bad and 0% very bad experience. According to the responses from the pharmacists the e-customers adquired drug information and advice through various e-services. Discussion: The purpose of this study was to understand the customer's need for information and advice at e-commerce pharmacies both from the customer's perspective and the pharmacist's perspective. Results from e-customers showed that the need for drug information is met, and that they had good experience and were satisfied with the information offered by pharmacy's e-services. Conclusion: It is important to develop and improve the availability of drug information and to prepare customers with all the knowledge required to achieve optimal drug use and drug treatment. In this study showed that customer’s need for information and advice about medicines, generic exchange, deviation management and experience of shopping drugs online matched the customer's and the pharmacist's opinion and expectations.There are still limitations when it comes to drug delivery of narcotic drugs and refrigerants, which is an ambition of many pharmacy chains to develop.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleO turismo é um fenómeno que tem registado um crescimento exponencial nos últimos anos e, cada vez mais, tem ganho relevância para o desenvolvimento económico, através do seu contributo para as exportações, geração de riqueza e criação de postos de trabalho. É um dos temas mais debatidos internacionalmente, com o intuito de se perceber como os países podem beneficiar com o crescimento desta atividade, nomeadamente na vertente social e ambiental. O presente trabalho consiste num estudo de natureza qualitativa com o objetivo de compreender e descrever o fenómeno do turismo, com base numa análise ao comportamento das exportações portuguesas nos últimos anos, bem como do contributo do turismo para as mesmas e a sua importância para Portugal, com a finalidade de averiguar se este deve ser aposta futura para o crescimento das exportações nacionais. Os resultados indicam que estas últimas apresentam um crescimento no período de 2012 a 2016 e com expetativas para continuarem nesse sentido. Em 2016 o turismo teve um peso de 16,7% no total destas e de 48,2% nas exportações de serviços. Mostram ainda que o governo português criou um plano para o futuro do turismo, estabelecendo metas e medidas para acompanhar e monitorizar o crescimento deste. Indicam também que o turismo deve ser aposta para o crescimento das exportações, devido ao seu contributo para estas e ainda o conjunto de benefícios que gera aos níveis social e ambiental.
Tourism is a phenomenon that has seen an exponential growth in recent years and, increasingly, has gained relevance for economic development, through its contribution to exports, wealth generation and job creation. It is one of the most internationally debated themes, in order to understand how countries can benefit from the growth of this activity, particularly in the social and environmental aspects. The present work consists of a qualitative study with the objective of understanding and describing the phenomenon of tourism, based on an analysis of the behavior of Portugal exports in recent years, as well as the contribution of tourism to them and its importance to Portugal, with the purpose of ascertaining if this should be a future investment for the growth of national exports. The results indicate that the those presented a growth in the period from 2012 to 2016 and with expectations to continue in this direction. In 2016 tourism represented 16.7% in the total of these and 48.2% in services exports. They also show that the portuguese government has created a plan for the future of tourism, establishing goals and measures to monitor tourism growth. They also point out that tourism should be an investment for the future, due to its contribution to export performance and the benefits that it generates at social and environmental levels.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThere are several different types of stressors that can interfere with the performance of a decision maker. In pharmacies, increased time pressure is seen in the workplace and understanding how this stressor can affect assessment and decision-making is important to care for the health of pharmacists and ensure safe patient advice. Previously published studies on how time pressure affects physicians' assessment and decision-making have shown a relation between increased time pressure and poorer clinical decision-making. An experimental study with the aim to clarify how assessment and decision-making in pharmacists is affected by time pressure was carried out. The inspiration for this study was derived from previously published studies in physicians. A randomized web-based study with five clinical questions, two of which were about self-care and three about prescriptions, was sent out to professional pharmacists in pharmacies around Sweden. A total of 17 participants completed the survey with ten participants (n=10) in the time limit condition and seven participants (n=7) in the condition without a time limit. Participants were also asked about perceived stress during the survey and the confidence in their answers. The data of the response time, the accuracy of clinical responses, perceived stress in the study and self-confidence regarding correct responses were analyzed. The results show that participants in the time limit condition responded almost four times faster than the group without a time limit (M=287 and M=1072 seconds). This indicates that the manipulation of inducing time pressure in the time-limited group was successful. The analysis of the accuracy of clinical responses between the two groups did not show a statistically significant difference, but there is a tendency for higher scores and thus better results on the responses for the group without a time limit. The question of self-confidence in the answers showed no difference between the groups. The issue of perceived stress resulted in a statistically significant difference between the groups with a time limit and without a time limit (M=69 and M=38 on a scale of 0-100). This shows that the participants in the time limit group felt more stressed than the group without a time limit and that time pressure thus increased the perceived stress of the participants. Although the number of participants in the study was limited and no statistically significant relationship was found between time pressure and clinical decision-making, the results show that the manipulation with time limitation worked and that the difficulty level of the five clinical questions appeared to be well adapted to the experiment, which can be used for designing future similar studies.

För att få en god läkemedelsbehandling krävs att läkaren får information om patientens alla läkemedel. Med dagens system har det inte funnits någon sammanhållen lista för patientens alla aktuella läkemedel om de fått läkemedel från flera olika vårdgivare. Patienterna, farmaceuter och hälso-sjukvårdspersonal hämtar inte information från samma källa vilket medför att risk för felmedicinering om inte alla källor uppdateras med patientens senaste ordination. Patienten har ett eget ansvar för sin läkemedelsanvändning genom att använda läkemedlet efter läkarens ordination. Patienter kan även använda receptfria läkemedel som kan interagera med patientens receptförskrivna läkemedel och skapa risker för patienten. Receptfria läkemedel används i stor utsträckning och står för 44 % av alla läkemedelsförpackningar sålda i Sveriges under år 2020. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att analysera vilken utsträckning receptfria läkemedel används tillsammans med förskrivna läkemedel samt hur användningen ser ut i relation till kön och ålder. Metod: Studien genomfördes genom strukturerade intervjuer med patienter som skulle hämta ut recept vid apoteket. Intervjuerna genomfördes av farmaceutstudenter vid olika apotek i Sverige under våren 2021. Inklusionskriterier var att patienterna skulle ha tre eller flera recept i läkemedelslistan ”Mina sparade recept”, vara över 18 år, hämta läkemedel till sig själv samt kunna tala svenska. Intervjuerna skedde utifrån ett frågeformulär. Svaren sammanställdes och analyserades i Excel. Resultat: Den procentuellt största gruppen som hämtade läkemedel vid Apoteken var patienter födda på 1940-talet följt av de födda på 1950- och 1960-talet samt att kvinnorna hämtade läkemedel i större utsträckning än män. Drygt hälften av de tillfrågade patienterna använder receptfria läkemedel. Vid jämförelse inom åldersgrupperna använde de yngsta åldersgrupperna i störst utsträckning receptfria med en fallande procent till de äldsta. Receptfria läkemedel som användes mest frekvent var mot värk och feber följt av vitaminer och mineraler. Patienter med fyra eller färre läkemedel på sin lista ”Mina sparade recept” använde mest frekvent receptfria. Slutsats: Receptfria läkemedel används av drygt hälften 53 % av det totala antalet patienterna som deltog i studien. Kvinnorna och männen använde i nästan samma utsträckning receptfria läkemedel. Då en stor del av patienter med förskrivna läkemedel samtidigt använder receptfria läkemedel är det viktigt att detta kan ses av läkare för att de ska kunna se den totala helhetsbilden av patientens läkemedelsanvändning. NLL är ett steg i rätt riktning och att kunna anteckna receptfria läkemedel i listan vore en ytterligare förbättring i framtiden.

Personas is a technique that consists of a description of user profiles to understand their characteristics and needs. This technique is commonly used in the area of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and has now been introduced in the area of Software Engineering to support the activities of design and requirements elicitation. However, descriptions of personas created in the traditional way include many details that are not relevant to the design of an application. In addition, Personas are based on extensive interviews with user groups. However, the development team does not always have the time, resources, and users constantly available for these interviews. In this way, the utility of the technique is questioned, limiting its use and acceptance in the context of Software Engineering. This research aims to support the elicitation of requirements with the use of personas, from the generation of descriptions more focused on the identification of potential requirements. During the research, we conducted experimental studies for evaluating and evolving the proposal. Based on the results, we proposed the PATHY technique. The technique is based on the Empathy Map, which is a technique for describing user profiles of a product, and uses questions to guide the creation of the Persona. From the results of the experimental studies, it was possible to observe that the PATHY technique had positive acceptance by the participants, it was easy to use and efficient when compared with other Personas techniques. In addition, the analysis of the personas generated showed that the technique helps to generate potential requirements for an application and which these requirements can be used as basis for elaborating other software artifacts.
Personas é uma técnica que consiste principalmente na descrição de perfis de usuários para compreender suas características e necessidades. Esta técnica é comumente utilizada na área de Interação Humano-Computador (IHC) e, atualmente vem sendo introduzida na área de Engenharia de Software para apoiar as atividades de design e elicitação de requisitos. Contudo, as descrições das personas criadas de forma tradicional incluem muitos detalhes que não são relevantes para o projeto de uma aplicação. Além disso, Personas são baseadas em extensas entrevistas com grupos de usuários. Porém, nem sempre a equipe de desenvolvimento possui tempo, recursos e usuários disponíveis constantemente para realização destas entrevistas. Desta forma, a utilidade da técnica passa a ser questionada, limitando seu uso e aceitação no contexto de Engenharia de Software. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo apoiar a elicitação de requisitos com utilização de personas, a partir da geração de descrições mais voltadas para a identificação de requisitos potenciais. Durante a pesquisa, foram conduzidos estudos experimentais para avaliação e evolução da proposta. A partir dos resultados, foi desenvolvida a técnica PATHY (Personas empATHY). A técnica é baseada no Mapa de Empatia, que é uma técnica para descrição de perfis de usuários de um produto, e utiliza perguntas para guiar a criação da Persona. A partir dos resultados dos estudos experimentais, foi possível observar que a técnica PATHY teve aceitação positiva por parte dos participantes, foi fácil de utilizar e eficiente em comparação com outras técnicas para criação de personas. Além disso, a análise das personas geradas mostrou que a técnica ajuda a gerar requisitos potenciais para uma aplicação e que estes requisitos podem servir como base para a elaboração de outros artefatos de software.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleMost of Earth’s biotopes are under extreme environmental conditions, e.g. distant from the optimal life conditions for humans. Nevertheless, a large biological diversity of organisms, the extremophiles, inhabit such environments. For instance, organisms living at deep-sea hydrothermal vents experience temperatures above 100°C, high concentrations of reduced metals, the absence of oxygen and high hydrostatic pressures. To date, there is no understanding of the molecular mechanisms enabling them to sustain such extreme conditions. The cell membrane is particularly sensitive to external conditions, but at the same time must maintain specific physical properties, such as fluidity and permeability, to preserve the integrity and functionality of the cell. This thesis work seeks to understand how the lipid bilayer can remain functional at high temperatures and high pressures and thus can allow life under extreme conditions. This work establishes novel membrane components, apolar lipids from the polyisoprenoid’s family, which play the role of membrane regulators and confer stability to the lipid bilayer, along with dynamism and heterogeneity, which are essential properties for an optimal function of the membrane. Apolar lipids are localized in the midplane of the lipid bilayer and adjust membrane curvature and permeability. Because of such specific localization, apolar lipids reduce proton membrane permeability at high hydrostatic pressures. They establish functional domains with differentiated functions that could favour the insertion of specific membrane proteins and hence could enable essential cell functions that require highly curved membrane domains, such as fusion and fission. All these results demonstrate experimentally a novel cell membrane architecture for extremophiles in which the presence and the quantity of polyisoprenoids play a key role in cell membrane adaptation and constitute a novel adaptation route to extreme conditions applicable to the origin of life

Esta pesquisa objetiva aproximar a Teoria Semiótica Francesa dos estudos do videogame, através de um modelo de análise interdisciplinar. Consideramos o videogame um paradigma atualizado nas trocas interativas da contemporaneidade, com poder de penetração em diversas camadas sociais e que pode, inclusive, ser utilizado como formador de opinião e divulgador de ideologias. A interdisciplinaridade caracteriza-se pela aplicação da metodologia semiótica, pelos conceitos “sincretismo” e “graus de intimidade” de Hjelmslev, pela abordagem tensiva, segundo o modelo “intensidade/extensidade” proposto por Zilberberg, e pelos estudos dos videogames, sistematizados por Jesper Juul. Demonstramos articulações entre os níveis fundamental, narrativo e discursivo e o conceito “regras” e abordamos encaminhamentos implicativos/concessivos na classificação de componentes “reais” e “ficcionais” do videogame (cf. JUUL, 2005). Investigamos, ainda, como tais direcionamentos são articulados para maximizar ou minimizar componentes sensíveis e inteligíveis capazes de garantir o engajamento e a fidelização do jogador.
This research aims to bring together the French Semiotics theory to the videogame studies, through an interdisciplinary model of analysis. We consider the videogame an updated paradigm in contemporary interactions, with the power to influence different social strata what can even be used to reinforce ideologies and to influence opinions. The interdisciplinary approach is characterized by the application of the semiotic methodology, with concepts as "syncretism" and "degrees of intimacy", presented by Hjelmslev, the tensive approach, in accordance to the “intensive/extensive" model proposed by Zilberberg, and the videogame studies, systematized by Jesper Juul. We demonstrate links between basic, narrative and discursive levels and the concept of "rules". We also discuss the concepts of implication/concession in relation to the classification of videogames "real" and "fictional" components. At last, we investigate how such trends are articulated to maximize or to minimize sensitive and intelligible components of the videogame, which are responsible to ensure the engagement and loyalty of the player.

Meetings between the consumer and the employees of a company determine how the customer perceives the company and / or its brand. This has result in that many companies have realized the importance of internal using the same marketing skills that are used externally. In 2009, pharmacy market went from being a monopoly market to be a regulated competitive market.
Problem: Is there any internal conditions for a private company, whose culture and structure was formed under a state monopoly, to create a strong corporate brand?
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to, through a case study, analyze and evaluate the internal marketing in a company which has undergone a change of ownership and retained the same staff.
Method: Through interviews with key personnel and staff , data was gathered for the case study, which means that the method is qualitative. Only one of the company's pharmacies has been included in the study.
Conclusions: The authors of this paper perceive that company has the required internal conditions to create a strong corporate brand, since the company i.e. has taken into consideration the history of the pharmacy staff, the management shows a personal commitment, campaigns are communicated internally, staff and customers consciously or unconsciously may be involved in shaping the content of the corporate brand, and that dialogue exists between staff and management so that management can have an understanding of how staff perceive the company's vision and corporate brand, which in turn leads the company to form a brand that staff can accept and understand because their norms and values has been taken into consideration.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleA new approach was dened to support organizational software assessment in the software organizations using PCA (Principal Component Analysis) model, a multivariate statistics model. This new approach was evaluated in a case study applied to an organization, using data collected from thirteen software projects over a year. Each evaluated project has ve indicators that are analyzed and compared. Moreover, a virtual project was created, using reference values of the ve indicators. This project is a baseline project and allows to how know the gap between each project and the expected by the organization. The PCA model transforms the ve indicators in a single score used to rank the software projects and then it is done an analysis on the data collected, getting results such as the extraction of lessons learned and propositions of organizational improvements. Neste trabalho, foi definida uma abordagem para apoiar a avaliação organizacional em empresas de software utilizando o modelo PCA (Análise de Componente Principal) da estatística multivariada. Esta nova abordagem foi avaliada em um estudo de caso aplicado a uma organização, utilizando dados coletados de treze projetos de software ao longo de mais de um ano. Cada projeto avaliado possui cinco indicadores que são analisados e comparados. Além disso, um projeto virtual é criado utilizando-se valores de referência para os cinco indicadores. Este projeto virtual serve de balizador para os demais, sendo possível saber o desnível dos projetos em relação ao esperado pela organização. O modelo PCA transforma os cinco indicadores em apenas um escore que serve para ordenar os projetos de software e em seguida é feito uma análise sobre os dados coletados, obtendo como resultado a extração de lições aprendidas e proposição de melhorias organizacionais.

Läkemedelsrelaterade problem p.g.a. felmedicinering står för en stor andel av morbiditeten och mortaliteten bland patienter. En bidragande orsak är ofullständig information i patientens läkemedelslista. Syftet med studien var att undersöka antalet avvikelser som förekommer i receptlistan ”Mina sparade recept på apoteket”. Studiens sekundära syfte var att undersöka vilka informationskällor som användes av patienter för att veta vilka läkemedel som ska adminstreras och i vilken dos dosering. Studiens metod var att intervjua patienter som kom till apoteket för att hämta ut läkemedel till sig själva och uppfyllde inklusionskriterierna för att delta i studien. Studien utfördes av fyra farmaceutstudenter på sju olika apotek i fyra olika städer i Sverige som tillsammans med patienter gick igenom receptlistan för att identifiera avvikelser. Resultatet blev totalt 1717 recept som studerades varav 21% hade avvikelser. Av recepten var 10% dubbla recept (n = 167), 8% inaktuella recept (n = 141) och 3% recept med fel dosering (n = 42). Vid analys av primära informationskällor som används dominerade utskrift av listan ”Mina sparade recept på apoteket” (n = 72) resp. doseringsetiketten på läkemedelsförpackningen (n = 112). Resultaten visade även ett samband mellan ökade antal läkemedel och antalet avvikelser. Avvikelser i läkemedelslistan Mina sparade recept är vanligt förekommande därmed är listan inte alltid aktuell. Det är vanligt att denna lista och doseringsetikett på läkemedels-förpackningar används som primära källor av patienter under deras behandlingstid vilket kan innebära en risk för läkemedelsrelaterade problem. En gemensam nationell läkemedelslista är en möjlig lösning till att förebygga läkemedelsrelaterade problem orskade av infromationsbrist i läkemedelslistor. Det är dock nödvändigt med läkemedelsgenomgångar för att bibehålla uppdateringen av listan.

Serão consideradas no entanto as presentes limitações e distinções logísticas do actual mercado de apostas desportivas e o mercado financeiro. A metodologia OLS foi utilizada para investigar o rácio de cobertura de risco, e a metodologia VAR/VEC averiguou a perfomance das apostas em termos de diversificação do risco.
The following empirical work intends to study the possible utility of sports betting as a diversifying risk element within an hypothetical stock portfolio, and as an hedging utility against sport stocks depreciation. Within this study all sports betting markets which present limitations will be regarded within their similarities/differences with classical financial markets.The OLS methodology will be applied to find the correct hedge ratio and VAR and VEC methods will study sports betting perfomance and risk diversifying component within a sampled Portfolio.

Der volle Inhalt der Quelle1 st of July 2009 the Swedish pharmacy market was deregulated, which meant that the state monopoly lost its market power in favor for private actors. The background to this deregulation was to increase the accessibility to pharmaceuticals. It is of interest to see if this goal has been reached.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the physical location of pharmacies. A study of the location of Swedish pharmacies has been completed, with regard to geographical and strategic features such as in which area of the country the pharmacies is located, other market players, the size of the community and other nearby facilities.From the empirical study it has emerged that the number of pharmacies has increased largely since the market was deregulated. The biggest increase has been in the southern parts of the country and also in bigger cities. Only 3 % of the pharmacies have chosen to locate in a county that previously didn’t have a pharmacy. The outcome is not socioeconomically optimal if only includingpharmacies (excludes pharmacy attorneys) in the model, seen from the perspective to minimize society’s costs from transportation to a pharmacy. This is because too few pharmacies have located in the northern parts of Sweden. If we extend the model to also include the pharmacy attorneys, the result changes, since this solves the problem with pharmacy-covering in rural areas. Whether the pharmacy attorney gives the same amount of service as a pharmacy manned with a pharmacist can be discussed.The location categories that have increased the most in absolute values are centrum större centralort, förort and also köpcentrum. If we instead look at the percentage change, the largest increases have been for the categories mataffär and köpcentrum.The last mentioned categories were before the deregulation of the market relatively unusual, but is from the point of view of profit making enterprises a good strategiclocation. En la primera fase del presente estudio se han identificado las prácticas de recursos humanos que día a día llevan a cabo 16 empresas innovadoras exitosas de Jalisco (México) y de Cataluña (España). Para ello se ha realizado un estudio cualitativo que consistente en realizar entrevistas en profundidad a los principales responsables de la empresa o a los directivos que pudieran responder a temas estratégicos generales. Una vez identificadas las características y los aspectos que nos gustaría contrastar con respecto a lo publicado en la literatura, se ha realizado un estudio cuantitativo a través de encuestas a 129 empresas de Jalisco (México). En el caso de España, al no tener un número significativo de respuestas no se ha podido realizar el estudio, por lo que la investigación cuantitativa se centró sólo en México. La investigación concluye con una serie de características y prácticas que identifican a las PYMEs innovadoras, que se espera sean de utilidad para facilitar la innovación y con ello el éxito de las empresas.
This research aims to identify how HR practices support innovation in SMEs. Research has focused on two phases. In the first phase of this study we have identified human resources practices that every day carry out 16 successful innovative companies in Jalisco (Mexico) and Catalonia (Spain). For this we have conducted a qualitative study consisting of in-depth interviews to the main responsible for the company or managers who could answer general strategic issues. Once we have identified the features and aspects that we would like to contrast against the published literature, we performed a quantitative study using surveys of 129 companies from Jalisco (Mexico). In the case of Spain, we could not develop the study because we did not get a significant number of surveys that allowed us to do it, so that quantitative research focused only in Mexico. The research concludes with a series of features and practices that identify innovative SMEs, which are expected to be useful in order to facilitate the innovation and direct the companies into a successful way.

Vi har valt att genomföra fem intervjuer med olika aktörer på apoteksmarknaden samt en kommunikationsbyrå med inriktning på läkemedelsbranschen. Våra huvudsakliga teoretiska områden är varumärke, segmentering, positionering, relationer samt kommunikation som vi ämnar belysa. Vår insamlade empiri bygger på apoteksaktörernas syn på hur deras organisation förhåller sig till våra huvudsakliga teoretiska områden. Detta kompletteras med deras framtida syn på apoteksmarknaden. För att få en oberoende bild av marknaden så har vi avslutningsvis tagit del av en kommunikationsbyrå syn på hur marknaden förhåller sig.
Våra slutsatser baseras på tendenser vi har uppfattat under intervjuerna samt den teoretiska referensram vi har använt oss av. Vi har lagt märke till att positioneringen inte skiljer sig så mycket som man kan tro, då vi intervjuade aktörerna så pass tidigt efter omregleringen. Vad gäller relationer är det en aspekt som är väldigt viktig att tänka på i inledningsfasen då alla aktörer vill knyta så många kunder till sig som möjligt. Att utveckla relationerna till något mer än kundkort är något som vi anser bör tas i beaktning för att skapa långsiktiga relationer med kunden. Vidare har vi märkt av andra tendenser gällande bland annat varumärke, segmentering och kommunikation.

I och med förändringen, från att verka på en monopolmarknad till en konkurrensutsatt, ska Apoteket gå från ett tydligt samhällsuppdrag till en marknad med flera konkurrenter, vilket medför en stor omställningsprocess för Apoteket AB.
Då Apoteket står inför stora utmaningar måste de anpassa både sin verksamhet och marknadsandel till den nya apoteksmarknaden. Apotekets målsättning är att fortsätta vara marknadsledare, vilket kräver att de måste förändra sig för att i framtiden kunna axla rollen som marknadsledare. Det blir viktigt för Apoteket att strategiskt arbeta med sitt varumärke för att sedan kunna använda det som en värdeskapande konkurrensfördel och lyckas kommunicera denna fördel för att skapa en stark relation till konsumenterna på en omreglerad marknad.
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om ett företag som verkar på en monopolmarknad förändrar sin marknadsföring vid vetskapen om en framtida marknad med konkurrens och i sådana fall hur marknadsföringen förändras. En fallstudie om Apoteket AB undersöker syftet.
Studien visar att det uppstår förändringar i en organisations marknadsföring vid en omreglering av en monopolmarknad. En viktig slutsats är att det är viktigt att arbeta bort känslan av det trögföränderliga, statliga monopolet och positionera om företaget för att inte sammankopplas med monopolet. Det är viktigt att se över varumärket och skapa en varumärkesidentitet som kan särskilja organisationen från de kommande konkurrenterna.
