Annotation:

Phospholemman (PLM) belongs to the FXYD family of small ion transport regulators. When phosphorylated at Ser68, PLM inhibits cardiac Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX1). We previously demonstrated that the cytoplasmic tail of PLM interacts with the proximal intracellular loop (residues 218–358), but not the transmembrane (residues 1–217 and 765–938) or Ca2+-binding (residues 371–508) domains, of NCX1. In this study, we used intact Na+/Ca2+ exchanger with various deletions in the intracellular loop to map the interaction sites with PLM. We first demonstrated by Western blotting and confocal immunofluorescence microscopy that wild-type (WT) NCX1 and its deletion mutants were expressed in transfected HEK-293 cells. Cotransfection with PLM and NCX1 (or its deletion mutants) in HEK-293 cells did not decrease expression of NCX1 (or its deletion mutants). Coexpression of PLM with WT NCX1 inhibited NCX1 current ( INaCa). Deletion of residues 240–679, 265–373, 250–300, or 300–373 from WT NCX1 resulted in loss of inhibition of INaCa by PLM. Inhibition of INaCa by PLM was preserved when residues 229–237, 270–300, 328–330, or 330–373 were deleted from the intracellular loop of NCX1. These results suggest that PLM mediated inhibition of INaCa by interacting with two distinct regions (residues 238–270 and 300–328) of NCX1. Indeed, INaCa measured in mutants lacking residues 238–270, 300–328, or 238–270 + 300–328 was not affected by PLM. Glutathione S-transferase pull-down assays confirmed that PLM bound to fragments corresponding to residues 218–371, 218–320, 218–270, 238–371, and 300–373, but not to fragments encompassing residues 250–300 and 371–508 of NCX1, indicating that residues 218–270 and 300–373 physically associated with PLM. Finally, acute regulation of INaCa by PLM phosphorylation observed with WT NCX1 was absent in 250–300 deletion mutant but preserved in 229–237 deletion mutant. We conclude that PLM mediates its inhibition of NCX1 by interacting with residues 238–270 and 300–328.

Abstract. A regional rainfall disaggregation method from daily to hourly intensities is presented for the entire UK, which was developed for use with regionalised hydrological and water quality models. The approach is based on the inter-dependence of the hourly rainfall intensities during a rainfall event. The analysis of 23 229 days with at least 15 mm of precipitation from 238 weather stations throughout the UK allowed regional parameters for climatically homogeneous regions of the UK to be derived for each season. The method reproduces well the main statistical characteristics of the data (mean, minimum and maximum intensity and standard deviation). The method is fully operational, computationally efficient and can be applied to any location throughout the UK.

Background: The selection of materials for the production of multilayer insoles for diabetic feet is a difficult task owing to the lack of technical information about these materials. Therefore, objective criteria were established for the selection of these materials. Methods: Mechanical- and comfort-related tests for the mechanical characterization of different materials and their combinations were considered. These tests were conducted according to standardized test methods for polymeric cellular materials. Results: Criteria for the use of cellular materials were obtained. The properties of accommodation, cushioning, and filling materials were established and the most adequate polymer nature for each of the three applications was identified. Variables that affect the properties of these material combinations were studied. Conclusions: These test results will allow podiatrists to select insoles in a more objective way, thus achieving a more successful treatment for diabetic foot-related injuries. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Perilaku Dan Kondisi Lingkungan Dengan Kejadian Malaria Di Beberapa Daerah Di Indonesia.Hasil: Pengetahuan berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku seseorang, bila dikaitkan dengan kejadian malaria maka pengetahuanlah yang membentuk perilaku seseorang Kualitas lingkungan sangat ditentukan oleh air bersih, suhu, kelembaban, keadaan tanah, kebersihan lingkungan, kesadaran seseorang.Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara perilaku dan kondisi lingkungan dengan kejadian malaria di Indonesia.

The present study focused on the influence of different extraction conditions of pectin isolated from ripe mango peel of four Bangladeshi mango varieties (Amrapali, Fazlee, Langra & Kharsapat). The correlation between biochemical properties and protein content were also observed. Five different extraction conditions were applied where the optimum conditions for highest yield and purity were H2SO4-(NH4)2SO4 buffer /pH 1.5 /80 °C /1h /Amrapali and Tem. 99.8 °C/ HCl-NaOH buffer/ pH1.5/ 1h/ Amrapali respectively. The best source among four varieties was Langra as it contained highest purity (AUA, 72.27±0.03%) under a specific condition. The best extractant was HCl-NaOH buffer as the pectin extracting with it contained minimum impurity (3.10±0.06). This study also showed that pectin from Amrapali contained both Low and High Methoxyl pectin with the same extraction condition other than extractant. Annotation:

The study has attempted to develop chemometric modeling based method to quantify compositions of textile fabrics by FT-NIR spectroscopic data. Three calibration techniques such as: Principal Component Regression (PCR), Partial Least Square Regression (PLSR) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) were assessed, and PLSR showed the best result. Several pretreatment techniques of spectral data have been evaluated, and Multiplicative Scatter Correction (MSC) performed the best. Results also shows that performance of PLSR was satisfactory for quantification of cotton (R2 ≈0.99), elastine (R2 ≈0.97) and polyester (R2≈0.94) when FT-NIR spectral data were pretreated with MSC. But for quantification of viscose in mixture fabric, efficiency of developed model was not upto the mark (R2≈0.75). Finally, the developed PLSR model with FT-NIR spectroscopic data pretreated with MSC could be used for quantification of cotton, elastine and polyester in textile fabrics rapidly and with comparatively low cost. Cordyceps cicadae is an entomogenous fungus, which is used as both medicine and food due to the presence of rich bioactive substances. Currently, most studies focus on the pharmacological effects of the bioactive components of C. cicadae, but the research on their processing is still in its infancy. In this study, polysaccharides were extracted from insect-cultivated C. cicadae (tussah pupae C. cicadae and domestic silkworm pupae C. cicadae) and wild C. cicadae. The functional properties of C. cicadae polysaccharides were evaluated. At the same time, the in vitro antioxidant activity of the insect-cultivated C. cicadae was determined and compared with the wild C. cicadae. The results showed that the cultivated C. cicadae polysaccharides and the wild one had similar structures, and both had appreciable water solubility, oilholding capacity, thermal stability, and emulsifying property compared to foaming property and foaming stability. Further, the C. cicadae polysaccharides cultured on silkworm pupae and tussah pupae showed comparable antioxidant and reducing power to the wild C. cicadae. Our data indicates that the C. cicadae polysaccharides have the potential as a food additive, among which the domestic silkworm pupae C. cicadae showed the best outcome, and the C. cicadae polysaccharides cultured by bionic method have the same antioxidant activity as the wild one.

This article objective is providing methodological guidelines on Telegram messenger using by educational process participants in the context of e-learning. The problem analysis is focused on examination of opportunities for messenger tools and technologies in interacting with users. The procedures of messenger using by teachers as part of e-learning are systematized. The trend for messenger using expansion as a tool for fast communication and monitoring task execution in e-learning is described. Methodological guidelines for teachers on using Telegram messenger for improving the educational organization efficiency in e-learning have been developed. The theoretical significance of the results lies in summarizing Russian and foreign experience in messenger гising for e-learning purposes. The necessity of using messengers in educational activity arrangement is justified. The effectiveness of their use is well-grounded.

This study evaluated the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of two different types of foot orthoses used to treat plantar heel pain. Forty-eight patients were randomly assigned to receive either a functional or an accommodative orthosis. General (EuroQol) and specific (Foot Health Status Questionnaire) health-status measures were used. Data were also collected using economic questionnaires relating to National Health Service costs for podia-try, other health-service costs, and patient costs. Data were measured at baseline and at 4- and 8-week intervals. Thirty-five patients completed the study. The results demonstrated a significant decrease in foot pain and a significant increase in foot function with the functional foot orthoses over the 8-week trial. The accommodative foot orthoses demonstrated a significant reduction in foot pain only at 4 weeks. The cost-effectiveness analysis demonstrated that functional orthoses, although initially more expensive, result in a better quality of life. Use of functional orthoses resulted in an increased cost of £17.99 ($32.74) per patient, leading to an incremental cost per quality-adjusted life year of £1,650 ($3,003) for functional orthoses. Resumo O envelhecimento populacional aumenta o número de idosos e a prevalência de doenças como osteoporose, que está associada a fraturas. Para esse tipo de avaliação, a ultra-sonometria de calcâneo (USO) poderia ser uma boa alternativa, porque é barata, fácil de ser medida e não expõe os indivíduos à radiação. O estudo apresentado estimou a prevalência de três diferentes grupos de desvio-padrão (DP<-1, DP<-1<-2,5 e DP<-2,5), determinados pela USO e sua associação com idade e índice de massa corporal (IMC) em mulheres idosas que vivem na comunidade de Manaus-AM. O delineamento foi do tipo retrospectivo, observacional e descritivo, em 997 mulheres que fizeram o exame de USO de calcâneo e foram classificadas nos três grupos (DP <-2,5, SD >-1<-2,5DP e SD <-1). A prevalência dos grupos DP foi: DP<-2,5 = 23,0% (229), DP<-1<2,5 = 53,2% (530) e DP<-2,5 = 23,6% (238). Mulheres com DP<-2,5 apresentaram valores de IMC significativamente mais baixos (p=0,016) e também idade mais elevada (p=0,007). Os resultados sugerem associação da USO com IMC e idade avançada, corroborando estudos previamente publicados na literatura. O estudo corrobora a possibilidade de utilização da USO em levantamentos epidemiológicos.

Thus, strategies for their sustainable exploitation should be put in place. This study was conducted to provide the first data on fishing activity on the Lavononkaha Dam Lake. From June 2020 to July 2021, field studies were undertaken with the objectives of characterising fishing gears used, studying catch composition, and evaluating exploitation parameters of the Oreochromis niloticus stock. Results obtained stated the practice of recreational fishing by 41 anglers. These fishermen used a total of 380 fishing lines, 92.11% of which were single fishing rod. Ten fish species were identified in catches with a particular abundance of Oreochromis niloticus (48.33%). In the fishery, this species has a longevity tmax of 3.7 years and grows towards asymptotic length L∞=24.68 cm at a growth rate K=0.810/year. Despite the high number of fishing gears used, the stock of the species is underexploited (E=0.34) and half of the specimens are caught after reaching sexual maturity. Thus, the possibilities of increasing fishing effort to increase yields of this species exist within certain limits to be specified. Vol. 9, No. 2, August 2022: 229-238

Here we review currently available data showing that innate immune signs predisposing to recurrent and invasive pneumococcal infections were identified in children. Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumococcus) belongs to Grampositive bacteria being the major cause of morbidity and mortality in infants, especially in developing countries and in communities with low socioeconomic status. Due to the lack of anti-pneumococcal vaccination, the significant proportion of pneumococcus carriers develop non-invasive (pneumonia, otitis media, sinusitis) and severe invasive (bacteremia/septicemia, meningitis) pneumococcal infection. A great deal of diverse factors related to pneumococcus biological features (virulence factors) as well individualized host-specific immunity are implicated in efficient bacterial penetration across the mucous membranes. The TLR signaling system plays a crucial role in the human nonspecific defense upon the first encounter with the pathogen. Various TLRs comprise the first pattern recognition receptor fami ly ever described which sense ligands derived from the outer bacterial wall. The complement system is the ancient innate immunity component mainly involved in intravascular elimination of bacterial agents. In addition, the complement proteins serve as a bridge between innate and adaptive immunity, ensuring optimal conditions for B- and T-cell maturation and differentiation. Because pneumococcus secretes the IgA protease, a local protective effects related to IgA antibodies might not be so prominent. Therefore, B-cell immunodeficiency and impaired complement system hold a lead place among congenital causes resulting in severe and recurrent pneumococcal infections in children. Thus, based on available data, we concluded that impaired B-cell function, the complement components deficiency as well as receptor-recognition receptors (TLR-2, -9, -4, MYD88 adapter protein, TLR cascade enzymes: IRAK4, NEMO, NOD-like receptors: NOD2, NLRP3; C-type lectins: MBL, Dextin-2, and, possibly, ficoline) play the most important role among congenital immunodeficiencies predisposing to invasive and recurrent pneumococcal infections play the most important role among congenital immunodeficiencies predisposing to invasive and recurrent pneumococcal infections, and should be used as a rationale for immunological surveillance and organizing immunogenetics screening in these patients.

The article is devoted to examining the phenomenon of readiness for risk in the aspect of the individual’s psychological safety. The ideas about the phenomenon of psychological safety within the framework of the risk component (risk readiness) are supplemented. The features of the psychological safety manifestation in the professional activities of coal enterprise employees are determined. The data of a comparative analysis of the psychological categories “risk readiness” and risk taking” are presented. The authors theoretically substantiate the possibility of developing a risk propensity in repetitive situations of having and experiencing a mental state of risk readiness in the process of performing professional activities. Diagnostic tools are selected for a comprehensive solution to the problem of ensuring the psychological safety of coal industry workers in the production activity process. The parameter features of the individual’s psychological safety in relation to the different levels of risk readiness in professional activities are determined. The interdependences between the parameters of the individual’s psychological safety and the risk readiness in miners’ activities are revealed using the Pearson criterion. Qualitative differences in the parameters of the personality’s psychological safety of coal industry workers are determined, taking into account the behaviour characteristics in a risky (uncertain) situation, namely displaying cautious behaviour or risky behaviour in production conditions (Student’s T-test for independent samples). Conclusions are drawn about the need for a formative impact on a person for him or her to stop having a stable personal characteristic “risk taking”, which will have a direct impact on the level of injuries in the production activity conditions.

Background. Cereal ergot caused by the fungus Claviceps purpurea (Fr.) Tul. is a progressive disease of winter rye. There are no rye cultivars resistant to the disease, and breeding methods of protection have not been developed in Russia.Materials and methods. The material for the research included 97 winter rye cultivars. A biochemical analysis of the sclerotia of the fungus was carried out, the composition and content of ergot alkaloids (EA) in the sclerotia of C. purpurea from the Kirov population were studied, and the relationship between the biometry of sclerotia and the EA content, toxicity and pathogenicity of C. purpurea was analyzed. Well-known methods of resistance assessment and EA analysis were applied.Results and conclusions. Fourteen cultivars least affected by the pathogen were identified: ‘Flora’, ‘Kiprez’, ‘Grafinya’, ‘Lika’, ‘Batist’, ‘Simfoniya’, ‘Garmoniya’, ‘Sadko’, ‘Parom’, ‘Virazh’, ‘Saratovskaya 7’, ‘Volkhova’, ‘Novaya Era’, and ‘Podarok’. They can be used in breeding for ergot resistance. Three types of EA were identified in C. purpurea sclerotia: ergocristine, ergotamine, and its stereoisomer ergocristinine. Cvs. ‘Lika’, ‘Simfoniya’ and ‘Garmoniya’ were the least affected by ergot, and the sclerotia formed on the plants of these cultivars did not accumulate EA. A significant (r = 0.50–0.60) correlation was found between lesions and biometric parameters of C. purpurea sclerotia, and between grain contamination with sclerotia and their biometrics (r = 0.63– 0.78). A weak positive correlation (r = 0.22) was detected between the toxicity and pathogenicity of C. purpurea. A negative correlation was established between the weight of sclerotia and the accumulation of EA in them (r = –0.46), which indicated the biological danger of small sclerotia that got into the seed and food batches of grain.

Главными задачами исследования являются: развитие устной речи на иностранном языке и понимания иноязычной речи; формирование навыков быстрой и точной реакций в реальных коммуникативных ситуациях; повышение уверенности студентов в разговоре; обучение адаптации к различным языковым и межкультурным контекстам. Эффективное обучение спонтанной иноязычной речи требует использование разнообразных методов и техник, что включает в себя: регулярные устные практики и диалоги на иностранном языке, работу с аутентичными материалами, такими как аудио- и видеозаписи для развития слухового и визуального восприятия; симуляция реальных ситуаций общения, например, деловых переговоров или повседневных ситуаций. Обучение спонтанной иноязычной речи приносит явные результаты, которые оказывают положительное воздействие как на уровень владения языком, так и на способность студентов успешно реализовать себя как специалистов в многоязычном и мультикультурном мире. the purpose of this study is to identify the main difficulties faced by students at non-linguistic universities in teaching spontaneous foreign language speech and to find ways to overcome them. This will allow us to develop more effective methods of teaching foreign languages, contributing to the development of confidence in communication and skills in free speech. The main objectives of the research are the development of oral speech in a foreign language and understanding of foreign language speech; the formation of skills for quick and accurate reactions in real communicative situations; increasing students' confidence in conversation; learning to adapt to various linguistic and intercultural contexts. Effective teaching of spontaneous foreign language speech requires the use of a variety of methods and techniques, which includes regular oral practices and dialogues in a foreign language, work with authentic materials such as audio and video recordings for the development of auditory and visual perception; simulation of real communication situations, for example, business negotiations or everyday situations. Teaching spontaneous foreign language speech brings clear results that have a positive impact on both the level of language proficiency and the ability of students to successfully realize themselves as specialists in a multilingual and multicultural world.

The cultivation of plants in home gardens for self-sufficiency is a long tradition in Karo District, but the documentation of local knowledge about edible and medicinal plants in home gardens in Karo District is limited. This study aimed to (i) document the uses of the edible and medicinal plants in home gardens; (ii) to analyze the diversity of edible and medicinal plants in home gardens. Data were collected using the ethnobotanical surveys and interviews methods. The Shannon Weiner and Margalef indices were calculated to determine the diversity levels of medicinal and edible species in the home gardens of Karo ethnic. The surveys were conducted in 30 home gardens (7 villages), Karo District, North Sumatra. The 85 recorded species belonged to 43 families, and 73 genera were used as edible and medicinal plants. The plants studied in the home gardens used for human consumption were i.e. fruits, vegetables, spices, tubers and medicinal plants. Among 85 plant species growing in home gardens, 52 species were cultivated, and the rest were semi cultivated. Home gardens had the Shannon Wiener index ranging from 1.164 to 3.123 while Margalef index ranging from 0.929-2.531.

Introduction:Non-fermenting gram-negative bacilli (NFGNB)have emerged as important healthcareassociated pathogens. NFGNBs are innately resistant to many antibiotics and are known to acquire resistance by producing extended-spectrum beta-lactamase. This makes treatment of infections caused by these pathogens both difficult and expensive. Therefore, this study is undertaken with the aim of identification of NFGNB and their antimicrobial susceptibility pattern in our hospital. Material and Method: A total of 3233 specimens were received in the bacteriology section of the microbiology department from September 2022 to May 2023. Clinical specimens were processed for culture according to standard operating procedures. Identification and antibiotic sensitivity testing were performed by an automated: VITEK-2 compact system.Result: A total of 486 (15.03%) NFGNB were isolated from 3233 clinical specimens. Out of 486 isolates, Acinetobacter baumannii complex was the most common non-fermenter, accounting for 238 (48.97%) isolates, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa 229 (47.12%). Other significant NFGNBs isolated were: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia 4 (0.82%), Myroides spp. 4 (0.82%) etc. Vitek 2 detected carbapenem resistance in 226 (95%) of A. baumannii complex and 135 (59%) of P. aeruginosa isolates. Conclusion: A. baumannii complex and P. aeruginosa were the most common NFGNB isolated from wound swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), blood, sputum, tissue, and pus. We report on direct numerical simulations of the decay of initially isotropic, homogeneous turbulence subject to the application of stable density stratification. Flows were simulated for three different initial Reynolds numbers, but for the same initial Froude number. We find that the flows pass through three different dynamical regimes as they decay, depending on the local values of the Froude number and activity parameter. These regimes are analogous to those seen in the experimental study of Spedding (J. Fluid Mech., vol. 337, 1997, pp. 283–301) for the wake of a sphere. The flows initially decay with little influence of stratification, up to approximately one buoyancy period, when the local Froude number has dropped below 1. At this point the flows have adjusted to the density stratification, and, if the activity parameter is large enough, begin to decay at a slower rate and spread horizontally at a faster rate, consistent with the predictions of Davidson (J. Fluid Mech., vol. 663, 2010, pp. 268–292) and the scaling arguments of Billant & Chomaz (Phys. Fluids, vol. 13, 2001, pp. 1645–1651). We refer to this second regime as the stratified turbulence regime. As the flows continue to decay, ultimately the activity parameter drops below approximately 1 as viscous effects begin to dominate. In this regime, the flows have become quasi-horizontal, and approximately obey the scaling arguments of Godoy-Diana et al. (J. Fluid Mech., vol. 504, 2004, pp. 229–238).

Abstract Background Artificial intelligence-based optical diagnosis systems (CADx) have been developped to assist in eliminating the need for histologic diagnosis of diminutive colorectal polyps (resect-and-discard and diagnose-and-leave strategies). However, these systems have not yet been implemented in routine clinical practice. Aims We were interested in evaluating the performance of CADx without human input to diagnoses performed by endoscopists assisted by CADx. Methods We performed a randomized clinical trial of patients undergoing elective colonoscopies at the CHUM. Patients were randomized into two arms: 1) optical diagnosis of colorectal polyps using CADx without human input; 2) endoscopists performed optical diagnosis after consulting a real-time CADx diagnosis (Human in the Loop [HiL]). Primary outcome was accuracy in optical diagnosis for both arms. Results 467 patients were randomized (229 in the CADx group, 238 in the HiL group). Overall accuracy for optical diagnosis was 76.3% in the CADx group and 70.5% in the HiL group (p=0.19). Sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV for adenoma diagnosis were 89.7%, 58.4%, 82.2%, and 72.5% respectively in the CADx group vs 85.3%, 69.6%, 81.8%, and 74.8% in the HiL group. Sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV did not differ significantly between the two groups. Conclusions Optical diagnosis of colorectal polyps had similar accuracy when using CADx without human input compared to endoscopist-based diagnosis assisted by CADx. Annotation:

У статті здійснено історіографічний дискурс проблеми взаємодії учителів із батьками молодших школярів. Важливість проблеми взаємодії учителів із батьками молодших школярів окреслена в працях класиків педагогічної думки, визначена сучасними науковцями, педагогами-практиками, нормативно-правовою базою та вимогами суспільства, що й підкреслює її актуальність. Сім’я та школа – два суспільних інститути, на яких покладено обов’язок виховувати особистість. Визнаючи школу провідною ланкою у розвитку особистості, треба зазначити, що без співпраці з сім’єю, ефективність цього процесу буде низькою. Визначено, що школа ХХІ століття – це відкрита виховна система, орієнтована на модернізацію і урізноманітнення сімейно-шкільної взаємодії. Щоб забезпечити системність і послідовність процесу формування педагогічної культури батьків важливо уже з першого року навчання і виховання дітей у школі зробити батьків співучасниками педагогічного процесу, на це орієнтована Нова українська школа (НУШ). З’ясовано, що в сучасному суспільстві посилюється увага до проблеми взаємодії сім’ї і школи, учені розробляють і реалізують комплексні цільові програми задля підвищення значущості її впливу на виховання дітей, що стимулює потребу молодих батьків бути активними учасниками педагогічного процесу в закладі загальної середньої освіти, особливо в початковій школі. Результати аналізу психолого-педагогічної та наукової літератури засвідчують, що взаємодія учителів та батьків молодших школярів, їх об’єднані зусилля та співпраця сприяють забезпеченню всебічного та гармонійного розвитку особистості.

Annotation:

У статті узагальнені сучасні погляди відносно духовних основ сучасного педагога. XXI століття характеризується певними змінами, які відбулися в усіх сферах людської діяльності: соціальній, економічній, культурній, освітній тощо. Вищезазначені перетворення охоплюють навколишнє середовище людини, впливають на неї, стимулюючи розвиток особистості та спонукаючи до активної участі у житті і підготовки до професійної діяльності. Сформовані суспільні відносини вимагають від кожного працівника високої відповідальності, здатності швидко адаптуватися до нових життєвих ситуацій, прагнення підвищувати кваліфікацію. Сучасне суспільство вимагає фахівців високого рівня професіоналізму, здатних до саморозвитку та самовдосконалення. У ході розвитку та вдосконалення соціального життя виникають певні суперечності у зростанні вимог суспільства до духовної культури особистості. Найбільшої уваги зазнає, зокрема, професія педагога з причини того, що вчителі не завжди володіють високим рівнем загальнокультурної підготовки. У зв’язку з цим у всіх сферах освіти гуманістичної спрямованості стоїть питання про зміст педагогічної освіти, про професійно-ціннісні якості вчителя і його духовність. Педагогічною наукою доведено, що розвиток і розквіт особистості педагога та, перш за все, його духовних основ у професійній діяльності, можуть здійснюватися тільки в процесі осмислення духовних аспектів існування людини, розвитку її емоційно-чуттєвої сфери, організації доброзичливості, в атмосфері свободи, розуміння та любові. Науковцями розглядається питання щодо професійної підготовки вчителя як посередника між дитиною, яка росте особистістю, і культурою, яка виражається в орієнтації педагога на введення дитини в світ культури, в наданні підтримки кожній дитячій особистості в її індивідуальному духовному самовизначенні в світі культурних цінностей. Ключові слова: духовність, духовні цінності, педагогічні цінності освіти.
